Hi everyone! So, I've had a go at creating a character sheet from an Excel template/guide thingy. The thing is, it's about 20 pages long. Which bits are pertinent and what do I do with it? lol What's the best way to post it? I'll attach it here in the Excel file so you can see it and point out any mistakes or things I haven't done. sdrv.ms/12fbzCeThank you!

I would suggest using the sheet that Dizzy has used, as its probably a lot shorter.
If you have any specific questions, feel free to throw them up in this thread. :3

I should point out that the Prestige classes are classes that you tend to level into. You cannot play them from the start. (Hence why they only have 10 levels rather than 20) If you are wishing to eventually roll into a Prestige, then please PM, Skype or ring me to discuss stuff.
Summoners tend to be a bit OP from what I've heard, but I'll allow them because it will force me to look into them and learn about them.
So basically. -All Core classes are allowed. -All Base classes are allowed apart from: Gunslinger. -Prestiges: All allowed. Must discuss with GM. Must meet level requirements. (Access to these classes are not likely to be for a while.)

I'm playing about with a Dwarf cleric. I have had the rulebook on PDF for a while, I just need to look some stuff up in there. Mainly I think is the Gods. I can see that clerics get domains, but I haven't seen a list of gods that tells me what domains is usable for what god. I'll post something up when I get that and the rest of his details filled in as much as I can.

Page 43 might be your answer. Its a table that lists the Deities, Alignment, and Domains. If you don't choose to have a God, then you can choose two at my approval. Gods that you might want to take a look at could be; ToragIomedaeThere are Dwarven Gods also, which you can find on this page here.

Dunno if this is a bit weird, but I have kind of deliberately not read any characters background. I thought it would make it more realistic for me if, like my character, I didn't have any pre-conceived notions about them you know? Anyhoo just a heads up if I blunder into anything, not deliberately trying to wind any PC's up lol

I've only skimmed briefly to see what others are going with, but I agree that not knowing every detail makes for a fun time; you learn things as your character learns them! (However, it is certainly fun to know WHY a character is acting a certain way sometimes.)
I think the backgrounds are best suited for Toastee to know, so he might be able to work them into the story. And, well, they're good for us to practice writing. 8)

As far as reading other peoples characters, its obviously up to you. Though if theres any description information you may need I can see why it might be beneficial to have a quick skim over them.
